Won’t Let Go is written about holding onto the memories of those you love after they pass. Particularly, it’s about our late guitarist, Jesse Berlin, who died suddenly in his sleep in 2012. As we faced the tragedy, we knew the only thing we could do was write about it. To put our feelings into lyrics, rhythm and melody…. We are thankful that through this song we get to keep his memory alive and hope that it brings comfort to those who have also lost someone they love.
We performed a special mandolin version at our last show.
