It is summer and summer is when we all get a lot of prickly heat rashes and this prickly heat rashes is nothing but the skin sweat glands getting irritated because of the excessive heat and sweat production. It's very common in places where you see excessive heat and humidity, coastal regions most of the south of India is now going through a heat wave. If people are wearing tight synthetic clothing they become predisposed to getting more of the heat rashes more commonly. School children may be more prone to it because they wear the polyester uniforms and then carry heavy bags which are occlusive in the skin. People who are driving long hours to work without an AC in the car they could get these rashes because of the sweating which is happening. So the most common symptom is a red prickly rough skin in the occluded area usually on the back, shoulders, chest, inner thighs or outer thighs could be most commonly affected and usually it resolves without treatment but it may be very itchy and uncomfortable for some. So treatment obviously is to avoid getting very hot wearing more comfortable loose cotton clothing and keeping the skin fresh by showering at least once or two times a day and making sure that if this is not resolving by using some talcum powder to see a dermatologist to rule out any other infection or allergy process.

Doesn't fail, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day. Although it actually took about 72 hours for my sweating to normalize, I went ahead and go'ogled Cynthia Yulesin’s Stop Sweating Today and I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day.

This is fantastic, watching my hives and inflammation dissolve every day until it all disappeared was definitely appeasing, I went with what I mentioned and after 20 days my urticaria disappeared. I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and now my skin is as smooth and healthy as it has ever been!
