The sequels are someone's Star Wars , whatever or however be the number. Regardless of internet bubble,if the characters and stories resonated with you, it's your Star Wars. If Rey means anything to you ,it's valid ,even if nobody else thinks so.

You're probably asking why I love Rey? Here's why: Throughout the entire sequel trilogy she was searching for herself, her identity. At the beginning of TFA she was lost and wanted to know her place- her worth in the universe. And slowly, she begins finding more and more of herself as the sequel trilogy continues. At the end in TROS, when her search comes to a close, she finally finds herself after all that time of feeling alone, and lost. She found herself. I love Rey because I relate to her! These past couple of years I have been so lost in regards to finding who I am and what my place is in this world- In fact, I still am searching. However, Rey has given me hope!

Its impossible not to listen to this, its stunning grandeur and tragedy, its folk song like structure and its awesome wagnerian scope, and not weep a little bit for the sequel trilogy we never got. Here us everything Rey could have been, soulful, passionate, a new hope, the end of the jedi, a lost oprhan, the saviour of the galaxy and the merging of light and darkness into something greater still. It kills me listening to this. Rey is effectively a dead character, but she lives on in this song.
It is so hard to say my top favorites themes from star wars there are ao many good ones. Great job john williams u are truly a musical genius that is for sure. I love the piano part so beautifully done ❤❤❤❤

Rey is one of my favorite Star Wars characters of all time, and I really loved the sequels, especially ROS. Her theme is just beautiful.
Rey was a near perfect character with such a well developed and engaging story. Rise of Skywalker was such a good film and stands as one of the ,most watched and successful of the films. I am glad it ended in a full circle with Rey at the Lars Homestead on Tatooine.

Star Wars is a franchise closest to my heart along with LoTR, and John Williams is one of the main reasons why I love SW so much. I hate the Rise of Skywalker (though I loved TLJ), and this OST has to be the best piece of music Sir Williams composed since Duel of the Fates.

Absolutely loved the story arc and journey of Rey, all the sequels were good and are extremely successful films. Rey's story was a great throwback to the journey Luke took.

I hate anakin as a character he’s three different people he starts off as a young slave who has a gift and a bright future then turned into a creep constantly harassing padme to which padme falls in love with how the world may never know and then finally an obsessive freak to padme betraying everyone
Rey starts off as a character that shows promise similar to young anakin with a gift in the force then to a devoted fighter for good and finally a hero who secured balance in not only the force but in her identity of who she is

The only part of the sequels that aren't a disappointment. John Williams never fails to blow us away with every score he's done. Such a shame that we probably will never get another Star Wars movie, much less one with a soundtrack made by him.

its been said before, and deserves repeating....without John Williams, Star Wars would have been nothing. A third rate B movie, especially the sequels. He brings everything he does to new levels of enjoyment.

This theme ranks up there with the Luke and Leia theme, the Anakin theme, the Ewoks theme, and almost with the Vader/Empire Theme.

I have to say that the idea of the sequels is quite good but unfortunately Rise of Skywalker was not well written for me.
I loved Rey's journey, even though it really lacked at development and some scenes could have been written better, but overall it was amazing to see her journey

Abrams and Johnson (and Kennedy) did Rey dirty. Definitely had the potential to be as cool as Luke Skywalker, albeit in a different way - the cool, defiant girl who plays hard to get to hide deep fear and uncertainty which she has to learn to accept and overcome.

The sequels are critically acclaimed and beloved by Star Wars fans for a reason. It tells the perfect conclusion to the Star Wars/Skywalker saga. Rey was a very deep and well written character, with a massive story arc like Luke or Jyn.

If Daisy Ridley ever returns to Star Wars as Rey for another film or Disney + show, I'd love to see a redemption arc for her character like what No Way Home did for Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man and they should play her theme when training young lings the ways of the force on the planet of Batuu to make ties with Galaxy's Edge at the Disney parks.
It was easier to fix Andrew's Spider-Man than it would be for Rey. She never earned anything and undermined everything that is Star Wars.

Anakin is the chosen one. While of course you are allowed to have your own opinion, I think Rey is a bit too much of a Mary Sue. She didn’t work for anything she had, Luke and especially anakin required years of practice and training before they could wield a lightsaber, pilot a ship, use the force. Rey just kinda did all that.

Such a charismatic, compelling actress and a character with so much mystery and willpower. What a waste of potential. Shame on Lucasfilm.
I really hate this character but Daisy Ridley is so playful and good in her role, and her theme is so amazing that I come to appreciate her in the less important moments of the films. But as soon as we get back to the important moments, the progress of the scenario and everything, this character go back to be one of the worst written of all time.
