- Ducati has informed Marc Marquez that he will not be receiving a contract as lucrative as his previous Honda agreement.
A year before his contract was set to expire, Marc Marquez made the decision to forgo the highest-paying MotoGP deal in favor of competing on Gresini's Ducati equipment.
There is so much anticipation for Marc Marquez's debut on a Desmosedici that there is already conjecture that Ducati may wish to extend his Gresini contract, which is only good for a year, by giving him a factory job.

mm93 already knew he couldnt get honda money ducatis budget is 1/3rd of hondas. mm93 went to ducati for the best bike not money .
Honda is not the only company that gave him big buck, RedBull and Shoei helmet also pay him pretty money.
Well done for your comment. People still don’t know why Marc went to Ducati. Marc went there to enjoy riding again not money.
@@blasphemy4333 That’s also true
How many other choices did he have realistically with other teams though? I think he went there because he can look good compared to his brother.
lets be honest. any contract is lucrative at that level. maybe not as high as honda, but its still lucrative.
The left field option is the Marquez brothers form their own team, find their own sponsors, get Marc's old crew, and hire Puig after he is replaced at Honda by Brivio. Then they can shop brands and their willingness to provide bikes of a given spec.
Apriliia dominated wsbk so dorna pushed them out back in early 2010s
They had arguably the best rider in Biaggi for 2010 & 2012. WSBK limited the number and allowable modifications for the engines, but they still won again with Guinters in 2014. Aprilia could undoubtedly make a new RSV4 engine in 1000cc to compete with Ducati, if they wanted to.
Superbes photos ! et un commentaire au niveau. Très intéressante chaine. Merci
It's going be an awesome year for MotoGP
The lack of pronunciation actually hurts my brain lol
Lost me when you couldn't pronounce Valentino Rossi and Panagale correctly.
Lost me when you couldn’t spell Panigale correctly.
@@HaZMaTiC Lost me when you pointed out a minor mistake.
@@petebusch9069 Exactly his point. That difference is no better than the one mino pointed out.
Assuming he does what I think he will in the first few races, Ducati will offer him Bastianini's Lenovo Ducati seat. Doesn't mean he will take it though. Red Bull KTM and perhaps even Repsol Honda will also offer him a seat, undoubtedly for more money that Ducati will offer.
Ducati have to ask themselves is if they lose Marc for 2025, what it will take to beat him if he is on a good bike.
How much does it cost to keep him vs how much does it cost to lose him.
I don't think the opposition has such better bike to offer.
we know that, nothing good
Great content but pleeese get a narrator who can pronounce names and bikes correctly ,,desmocedici is clearly a name far too complicated
It's AI.
Whomever created this just used cut and paste from various articles and had the voice computer-generated.
I thought he was riding for free.
This channel's announcer needs to work on his pronunciation.
Prvu zvaničnu trku na Dukatiju i bio je četvrti.Kad dođe leto, sve će ih Mark pobeđivati. On je pravi šampion.Kao da je 11 godina bio na Dukatiju
Sad, but Mark Marquez’s past is far brighter than his future..
you never lose your skill, only your nerve
that was his edge.. going through the gaps now, not on the next lap. He was a risk taker. That was his edge..
over the past three seasons, Marquez has become a “wait and see” passer. He doesn’t go for the gaps anymore as the leaders are leaving him behind. I have said this over the past two years, that Marquez will never be on the podium again. And it has been true over the past two years, and it will continue to be true here in 2024. Honda could see it, and now Ducati will find out that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks..
he is not hungry anymore, he has nothing to prove, the Gleam is gone..
it’s just a paycheck to him now ..
A lot of athletes, don’t know when to walk away, including Marc Marquez
is this the end of the World now???
Only if the SBK Panagale's are faster than Honda MotoGP in the next test.

Mm93 on a ducati will be unbeatable. Others should stop dreaming. Season is over before it even starts
Bring back the two strokes 500 and no electronic.
it's not pronounced "pennigail" it's pé-ni-ga-lé
🎉.........of course Marquez will be making FAR less on a satellite ducati team when they're already have so many bikes/riders. Honda & Yamaha desperately need to get their 💩 together. Yamaha probably in the worst position as it's obvious they need to totally redesign a competitive bike based on a V4 engine or get out of motogp entirely as Suzuki did. Bummer cause I'm a huge Yamaha fan. I have an mt10 now and it's the most "entertaining" bike I've ever owned, pure jail bait!😅
MB is worried that as he’s VR new boy and many years younger than MM will shame these young guys, JM is quite arrogant at the moment as he also fears MM but he’s still better than rest of the new ones and EB isn’t worth anything especially on a factory bike that he never deserved.
FB won’t win another WC, he’s been lucky that’s all especially on the best bike on the grid, Honda and Yamaha will be back on the scene within 12 months and they’ll be equal to Ducati…. It’s just the process of technology and riders.
honda should be equal to ducati in 12 months with the undeserved /bullshite concessions BUT honda has the weakest engineering in motogp by far . Thats why honda has been a back marker without mm93 for a decade
@@jake88ci
Your statement must be from the future 2034..!!! “That’s why Honda has been a back marker without mm93 for a decade”
Undeserved/bullshite concessions…?? Just like Ducati had when they only ran twins then fours but with larger capacitance.? Same as KTM & Aprilia also had concessions for them because they were unable to compete are these the same what Yamaha & Honda will be receiving..?? Those concessions..??
The Japanese’s aren’t complaining about the motor engineering skills they’re not happy with the added aerodynamics aerofoils and anti-squat devices and all of those extra aids Ducati are continuously adding, even the riders say the same as they get caught in the dirty air and can’t brake - break loose of the unwanted drag when trying to maneuver to steer.
I’m sorry, I love Zarco but if he has one bad day, he gets in a slump. He is not consistent.
Dani pedrosa almost beat this new generation riders with ktm and Marc is better than dani pedrosa he beat him in his rookie year without any experience about MotoGP bike. So i think Marc will definitely give hard time to all Ducati riders. Marc Marquez, Lorenzo, Rossi,Stoner,Dani pedrosa they were the best motogp riders they know how to manage tyre and attack in the end but now a days every Riders push like hell without managing tyre. Sad to see Marc and Aleix are the only rider left for that era everyone retired.
Factory KTM is waving to MM93 by the end of 24
All the bs and hasn't ridden a race yet ...what if he crash streak instead of a win streak😮
mm93 dosent need the money
How about tell the Ducati to STFU, let the result and natures take it play, MM need no Ducati$$$$$$ he need championship so he can say to the world " I am world champions with 2 or 3 different manufactures! Stop making What if, What if statements! let's have all the talk on the track and the podiums as the result. No need warnings or threat! IF HONDA not so FUCKED UP, he would stay with Honda till the end of his Career! Let the guy explore, free with no threat or pressure from any side or anyone!! Ducati might reap what their sow for their future bikes and technology from him!
spanish economy is no more for top selling motorcycles, expensive fuel and recesion get down whole spanish motorcycle world,
If MM brings Repsol to Ducati, they'll be giving him the old reach around pronto. Seriously - what is wrong with these guys, whining like grandpa with hemorrhoids after getting possibly the best rider on the track in their fold. Let 2024 play out and STFU - or however you say that in Italian.
This guy will kiill it.
It's over for Bagnaia, he'll be lucky to make the top 5 next year.
The first 5 race`s of the year will bring an end to 93s career
Please elaborate why you think this will happen.
Yes it’s guaranteed
Another Rossi FanBoy, I reckoned?!
Rossi fans are like liberals. They think their feelings are facts. They completely ignore what all the other riders are saying. Bunch of haters. By the way, I like all MotoGP riders. They are amazing. Marquez is the best. Going to be a bad year for Marquez haters.
@@izaazkhalili I'm not and never have been a Rossi fan.get over youselve
If wsbk were to go the way Rivola wants, it would be the end of the series
Do you know why Ducati is dominating in WSBK because they are the only manufacturer which uses v4 engine... All the other manufacturers use online engine because they are used for ultimate performance on streets.. So competing them with V4 isn't even a thing... Even in there they are giving Ducati rev concessions rather than others... He made a point you can't compete a 25000 euro RSv4 to 50000 euro Panigale v4... He is right WSBK should give manufacturers freedom to some limits that they will be on same page... It is already like end of series when a 38 year old is thrashing 25 year old riders with more skills and athelism.. beating them in a 1 in 5 races would've been a thing but you know what is happening...
BAHN-YAI-AH. PAHN-EH-GAH-LAY FRAHN-KO MOSS-EE-MOH One would think AI could learn this?
Might MOTOGP come down to those who want to win vs those who want fat paychex? #93 (at least for 2024) has certainly voted for the former!
