Depends on buyer request. The best for Seller is Ex-W. For me CIF, FOB, and DPU.

Newbie to Incoterms. Why would you drew risks and costs of delivery to port/place & export clearance to seller if you said The buyer is responsible for transportation fee from seller’s place to buyer’s selected place. I thought all the risks and costs are free for seller once they handed the goods to carrier?

It should be Incoterms 2022. I think 2020 is by mistake.
Incoterms rules are updated every 10 years. The latest update was carried out in 2020.

FOB is good Incoterm for new exporters
