Think I started running into epididymitis around the year 2001. Several occurrences over the years. 2019 started seeing Urologist frequently and last year had tons of bladder stones(particularly August of this year to now)and I said bladder stones because they were soft and CAT scan in September showed kidneys were OK. They were all forming in the bladder. I have a large prostate(BPH as was thought) which were obviously causing me not to void properly, which has led to the formation of bladder stones and now, after I changed, urologist, first visit, led to procedures, and was just diagnosed Friday with cancer after PSA and biopsy, as we were preparing to do a rotor rooter so that was all put on hold because of prostate cancer and now I’m about to have that removed. Certainly disappointing that First urologist wasn’t more thorough the last year and a half. But moot point now. Will use the da Vinci robotic procedure. After reviewing your video, it seems to be obvious. There could be a correlation, with the epididymitis especially when you said not properly voiding. I’m 65.
Update
Had surgery to remove prostate Tuesday before Christmas. However, first procedure was to cystoscope bladder to remove known stones. Apparently a good many old and new were removed and tumor was discovered, removed and bladder “scraped”. Dr said cancer and thought different from that of prostate. Stopped short of removing prostate to reassess. Will see him Wednesday(day after tomorrow) to hear updated recommended plan of treatment. In the meanwhile, this catheter is not comfortable. I covet all prayers

@@chiplivingston9900 You can get it from homes, but mine came from food. Any product with corn can be loaded with it. Other grains, oatmeal, breakfast cereals, nuts and even non organic coffee can all be high in ochratoxin. My liver wasn't detoxing properly and was overloaded. My Dr said it was probably building up for years. The book "Toxic Heal Your Body" by Neil Nathan is a must read if one suspects mold toxicity.

Hey , I had epididymitis treated it , did a scrotal scan, did a scrotal scan was told I've hydrocele , not swollen just flappy drops lower than the Right testicle, which is the bigger one and scrotum is red . Bro I’m be honest I’ve had the same hydrocele for years now I will say every doctor has told me it’s ok to not wanna have surgery and remove It. You can live with one . They make have to drain it and sew a leakage in the line somewhere. Draining it solely my urologist told me won’t do anything. I've had these symptoms since 2003, and Dr's don't know what it is, swollen red scrotum and testicles, urge to urinate, and constipation along with diarrhea sometimes along with cramps in the abdom. Please help!!
If you're having these symptoms, it's most like due to bacteria, if you can afford to go to a doctor, do check it out but if u can't try Levoflaxin 500mg twice a day with 12 hrs gap in between. Do this for 2 weeks. Hopefully it will get better. Along with this, take probiotics like garlic, eat raw garlic like one clove of it per day and drink water right after it. Also don't keep sitting for too long, search some pelvic floor exercises from CZcams and do them. Try to eat a healthy diet. Hopefully this will get you better

I think I have refractory epididymitis. This now officially sucks. It's been ongoing since approximately 2006. It's not constant but comes and goes and can go months without any discomfort before showing up and aching for several days. It's only ever the left side too. Had a bunch of tests and exams over the years and no one's found anything either.

I went to my urologist last week and was put on antibiotics too (Ciprofloxacin) and after a week, I haven't had any change either. However, I found another video on YT where I may have orchialgia, more commonly known as chronic testicular pain. My urologist said if no change occurs after the two weeks of antibiotics, I'll have to get a nerve block injected in the area. Honestly, after having suffered over 15 years of achiness, I'm willing to try anything at this point, even a shot in the nuts.

Nothing worked for my epididymitis ; not antibiotics or anything . I had to come up with a cure myself ; two urologists could not help . I suppressed my sexuality for a month ; no sex or masturbation . I did this to not feed the microbes ( bacteria or eucaryotes ) any macronutrients ( fats , sugars or proteins ) or micronutrients ( vitamins or minerals ) . This starved them and they migrated out of my epididymitis into the bladder and then left in the urine through the urethra to pursue other nutritional sources . So it’s February 17th now. I first felt this limp back in like august. I been trying to get Medicaid because I cannot afford anything other than free medical. Wow. This happened to me one time. I did see my doctor about it at the time, but I don’t remember if he gave me antibiotics at the time. Contemporaneously, I bought a high quality lumbar support device for my car seat which also had a memory foam seat to it. The foam in my car (which was already quite old) had given way so my balls were kind of in an awkward position. However, after using the car seat for a while, the epididymitis subsided and went away. So perhaps my epididymis had been under some strain due to this sunken driver’s seat. Something bio mechanical might be the problem and the solution.

Before I got it, I had been kind of using extra strong strokes to you know what. So I thought I had torn something inside there.
But right now I have another painful situation with the same testicle. Because of money, I haven’t gone to the doctor yet.
I’ve just been taking lots of ibuprofen, garlic and turmeric capsules. Maybe it’s candida overgrowth.
Exactly it happens to me when I sat on it metal chair with tight boxers and pants smash my jewels. I noticed it's always in the right side. Like right now as I right this I have pain cause I was letting the back side of my jewels flap around and rub against the fabric which I think it irritated cause I noticed when I injured it. Now the pain came slowly and progress. I took a hot shower with my tub full of warm water helped sooth the pain. But I think I might have to get Anti biotic to lower the swelling. I haven't had unprotected sex and done a STD test came out negative on everything.

I want to ask UTI can effects, because i got UTI i am taking antibiotics I don’t have in prostate now but i have pain in left testicul. It’s so much irritating i am so much worry about it. I don’t know how much time it will takes. Also don’t know this pain is because UTI or another reasons. Doctor check my left testical and he said it’s not severe. I was given doxy after a few days of swelling after a vasectomy. On day 5 of medication my temp went sky high so went down to a&e was taken strait in to be treated for potential septicemia. Later that day the said I had abcess above my left ball my right gad hit the 9cm in length by this time. I had surgery the morning after. They told I had epdidymitis. My right testicle is still double the size with growths still 5 weeks after surgery. Think I will go to see the docs in a few weeks if still no change.

are you talking about chronic epididymitis? I would think you can get it for a longer period if it is not treated initially. But remember this is an infection, if it is not treated then the infection can spread to other parts of your body like the testes, prostate, and bladder.
Yes. It can be difficult for antibiotics to kill it off. You might have to take antibiotics for a few months. Check with your doctor.

I had to get the epididymitis removed off of the right testicle last spring because the bacteria was resistant to antibiotics lik i was iv antibiotics for a month the moved to im injections of tobramycin 560mg every day 4 needles 1 in each leg and one in each ass cheek. Then the urologist had to take it out because the infection was traveling to my heart. But luckily i didn't lose my testicles

Everyone i have found something really effective to help you that i have to share, i have been dealing with this for 6 months and i tried a product called deep releif anti inflammatpry gel wich has ibuprofen in it aswell, i rubbed it on my ball and i wont lie it stingsss and burns like a b*tch but its worth it i assure you because when it stops stinging i was releived of my pain and the uncomfortable feeling has faded and i can walk without feeling discomfort i hope people see this and try it for themselves i had to share because i know ypur pain, if you try it feedback would be appreciated goodluck guys p.s it stings !

With my experience with chronic epididymitis, with no sign of infection they don't prescribe antibiotics. They prescribe ibuprofen or other pain pill. Also, ice or hot baths. Never removal of the epididymis.

Namaste sir iam Yogi and i am 34 years old have been suffering from left testicle pain for the past four years.I was given Mantoux, ESR and TB gold which came back positive.
Next semen for afb stain, semen analysis, semen TB pcr also done negative .Ultrasound scan revealed chronic epididymis, varicocele grade 1 and left mild hydrocele. next CT sacn done ultrasound report came as same it said ca125 done, ca125 came positive. If I meet a urologist, they want to do a biopsy but they say it's a risk. Sir, I am afraid of what will happen if we leave it without doing a biopsy. Please can you advise how to cure my problem.🙏🙏🙏

Man I was diagnosed with epididymitis and I never have sex my entire life and I'm 21 years old what is the causes of my problem
I had it when I was younger and before sex. I did however get kicked in the balls at least once while playing sports and maybe just did running ect but I def. got it in my early teens. Somehow a doctor said he could tell later during an exam in my 20s. I guess it was permanently inflammed after the original onset. In my case, I think it was trauma, I never had a fever at the same time as groin pain (that I can recall).

In case it is of interest, I never knew I had the epdydimitis until a doctor noticed. I was able to have kids, do normal things so there was never any noticeable effect. Some people's cases may be worse than mine.

For example, I chopped and carried a lot of wood and many other lifting chores before i was 12. I think I was 13 when i got kicked in the groin real hard playing football. Another time I came off a BMX bike when I botched a jump and well, you know. I often assumed it was that one of those traumas.

@@rahulbijarniya9429 i actually went back to express care instead of e.r and they found the issue super quick. It is epididymitis. Caused by a cyst on my ball lol super uncomfortable. They prescribed me levofloxacin or however u spell it. Its been 36 hours since ive taken the 1st dose. Seems to be working but we'll see. They had to send my urine out just in case of sti since the emergency room did absolutely nothing lol

Then he said that it's not epiditimis otherwise the first time a went to him gave me medicine for epiditimis for 10 days
