I get so much entertainment from watching Nigerian Police in action in their attempt to tranquilize just one lion:
*** So many police officers present, equipped with tear gas, camouflage and guns (AK47?).
    *** No ambulance present
*** No cage to transport the animal in a safe and respectable manner..
*** No special gun to deliver the tranquilizer to animal the to immobilize it without stressing the lion out.
Hence it took them hours to resolve the issue that otherwise would have taken less than an hour at most.
If they had like 2 lions, they may need a battalion of special armed forces to sort things out and possibly a few days' work.
You cannot but find this an entertaining soap opera. I'm so glad the lion is caught and relocated (safely) before it starts to swallow money like some snakes did at Jamb Office a few years back.
We may have saved a few hundreds of millions of dollars with this rescue. Good on you guys!

Nigeria is so lawless which makes every Tom to violate laws with impunity. I’m sure nothing will be done to the Indian and this story will just die naturally.
Now I wonder why the lion is carried away by people in their arms and in the back of an open vehicle. It doesn’t matter that it was tranquillised because anything can happen. Does it mean that the Lagos Conservation or zoo don’t have a cage to transport cats and other dangerous animals of this nature.
