15:52 This pose would have been used for Sonya's purple orb Fatality, but it was changed to having her blowing a kiss to throw the purple orb since the unused pose was deemed too similar to the Hadouken's pose.

The sprite rip of robotron 2084, unlike most of the stuff shown here, is actually on the public release gfx chips! Found them myself 😊

Oh… so I’m struggling to understand, if they made the UMK3 select screen with MK3 background, then why make a new one?

For variety? They just changed palette of background to darker.

@@lean_mk I can understand that logic. Still what I would have liked more, is for them show to “whole” blank background without the squares and border edges for both MK3 and UMK3.
