Harmonious, honey-tongued heralds, from long-dead eras of yore: a time so very far back in the day people actually still said archaic meme-borne phrases like ‘old gold’ and ‘back when I was in High School’.

Sweetheart-you’re still young...enjoy it and live and love while you’re strong, healthy, and full of physical vigor...cause how it’s gonna be to get really old-wisdom and new perspectives unfortunately comes with aches and pains and just when you get used to one part of your body hurting something else starts to hurt. Take care of your avatar and start eating healthy now-cut out sugar and drink lots of water and coffee. Alternate high healthy carb days with low carb high protein and do fasting one day a week. It helps. I’m lucky cause I started healthy living young and never had any drug or alcohol habits. As you age you find it takes longer to heal-and you have to be careful about getting on ladders and doing physical things. Also the time goes by faster the older you get...but if you’re super lucky and beat the odds...someday you’ll see old age. 🤗❤️

Okay, so I've recently been getting into all music. As a musician I've realized that if I want to truly appreciate musical creativity, I need to do so with all types of music. I recently heard Pumped Up Kicks for the first time since like, 2017. Hearing it sent me on a Foster the People Binge and my gods this song is beautiful. From the Sine Wave to the syncopation, to the vocals and how they tie it all together, it's a fucking masterpiece! Anyways, thanks for coming to my Ted Talk lol
