- Freiburg im Breisgau is located in southwest Germany. With the Black Forest area around it has a reconstructed medieval old town and is also a vibrant university city.
We start the tour in the southern city centre at the Schwabentorbrücke. We head towards the Schwabentor which is a landmark city gate from the Middle Ages. Now on a summer evening in the old town people enjoy relaxing in many of the cities cafés and restaurants.
Near the Martin's Gate we go to several side streets and eventually the Rathausplatz, where the city hall is. We make it to the Freiburg Minster with a 116m spire, which is also impressive inside. This Gothic cathedral towers over the central square Münsterplatz and is one of the main attractions of the city.
We see more of Freiburg's lively streets streets and make it to the west side of the city centre with Freiburg Theatre and the modern design of the university library. Going further to the central station after seeing the Colombi Park the weather gets rainy.
We head back through the whole city and end the tour at the Schwabentor.

As Daniel said, *Freiburg* , located on the southern edge of Germany's Black Forest, is a university city that's known for its medieval town center. Its cobblestone squares are lined with late Baroque, Renaissance and Gothic buildings that were carefully reconstructed after World War II.
I truly enjoyed this walk so much!

Die Stadt hat tolle Straßenverläufe - ein interessanter Mix aus alt, modern, irgendwie auch eine Mischung aus "südeuropäisch und deutsch". Irgendwie sehr abwechslungsreich - als würde man mehrere Städte übereinandergelegt haben. Mit der Landschaft drumrum eine echt schöne Gegend.

I had the pleasure of living and working in Freiburg im Breisgau but I haven't managed to travel back for a visit in 20 years. Your walk around the altstadt brought back wonderful memories of my time there. You even walked past my favourite bar, where on hot summer evenings we would sit outside with a beer, and paddle our feet in the bächle (bächle are the water filled canals running down the street). Thank you.

Norddeutschland passt sicher mal wieder, wenn es wieder heller und wärmer wird. Lüneburg liegt irgendwie nicht auf dem Weg in Kürze. Kiel, Lübeck, Wismar und Schwerin usw. werde ich hoffentlich im kommenden Jahr besuchen können. Lüneburg und danach wohl Hanover und Magdeburg sollten dann auch klappen. Cred că este un oraș turistic,f .frumos cù arhitectură veche relaxată cu mùlte terase ,fără poluare am văzut multe biciclete ,protecție pe străzile unde sunt magazine la parter mă refer la gardurile de lăngă trotuare ,ordine foarte frumos .Un òraș atrăgător și prietenos ,dacă era cu traducere.....Măi frumos!!!!

Which software ( editing program) do you use for your 4K videos?☺️ Could you maybe please recommend me for a cheap laptop for editing 4K videos? I'm looking for one now but it's difficult to know which one is good enough for 4K videos and because you already have experiences, so I just wanted to ask you ☺️
I'm using the free QuickTime Player on OSX with an old (late 2013) Macbook Pro for combining + exporting clips. There is no editing on most videos, though the audio gets processed after sync with the ($4) edit8 Audiosync tool.
I think a "cheap" laptop that can edit 4K video isn't existing yet. For editing / color grading you'd need GPU acceleration and that pushes the Windows laptop price over $1000 with a GTX 1650 or better. Decent Macbook Pro 16'' start around $2000 even. I'd recommend starting with 1080p60 and learn ffmpeg concat options + some shell scripting to get results without reencoding. Also maybe read about Intel Quicksync support and NVENC from Nvidia - if H.265 is necessary. As for editing newer hardware (PC/Mac) some people get good results on DaVinci Resolve that you can also try in a free version. See what works and how fast exports get with the hardware you already have. 4K video editing is a massive task for the fastest PCs so I'd avoid it for long content.

You're welcome. See if you can make small videos with DaVinci and find out if you want to edit content. For walking videos editing isn't necessary. For vlogs and travel guides it's different. Main point is that you're having fun

Ja, gute Idee. Rambalac und Actionkid machen solche Live Streams manchmal. Die Osmo Pocket bietet derzeit keine richtige Streaming-Möglichkeit. In 4K60 wird es in absehbarer Zeit angesichts der Datenmenge auch schwierig. Vielleicht lasse ich das Handy mal nebenbei live mitlaufen - als Preview sozusagen. Ein Smartphone, was ich getestet habe, nimmt mit 12Mbit in 1080p60 auf -> ca. 1.5MB / sec -> 90Mbyte/min -> über 5 GB/h. Leider lässt sich in der CZcams App die stabilisierte Camera meines Smartphones nicht auswählen. Mal sehen, wie sich das entwickelt
