La localización del cementerio pertenece al término municipal de Santo Domingo de silos.
Haciendo la excursión completa, se pasa por donde se rodaron escenas del fuerte, en ese otro pueblo.

The Dollar trilogy movies were filmed in Spain ;)
There was a civil war battle called Battle of Glorieta Pass that was fought on March 26-28 in 1862 in the state of New Mexico. This is what this part of the movie was based on. It's part of the old west. Also the southwest of the United States kind of looks similar to Spain especially on the landscape. This why they filmed this movie in Spain, instead of the southwest of the United States.
