I still remember when I was a kid, moazan was reciting this naat right after jumah prayer during ramadan, my mom was offering prayer, started crying listening to the salaam, I had no idea whats going on back then.....

This kalam was written by Imam Ahmed Raza Khan,who was the greatest scholar of subcontinent at that time.
The one who made Barailvi sect and divided Muslims. He declared deobandi as murtad. And also declared deobandi, Ahle-hadidh, shia and others as kafirs. Not so great.

Atif Aslam has no doubt used his blessed voice and promoted the work of imam Ahmad raza khan brelvi’s unique poetry that has for yearsssss been recited after Jummah prayers all over the UK in Sunni masjids. Alhamdulillah.
What you need to know from this poetry is that Ala hazrat imam Ahmad raza khan has linked each one of these shayr/couplets to a Hadith 😊. Every time he was mesmerised with a Hadith during his studies, he wrote a line of poetry relating that Hadith !

@@mdfahd24 He never advocated for calling laymens labelling themselves from being of a certain group as kafir, he took 13 years to make his opinion on INDIVIDUALS, even then he asked the deobandi scholar whom he takfire'd to just make tauba and give shahada once again as he had done blasphemy against Nabi SAW by comparing Nabi SAW's knowledge to that of animals and mentally handicapped people, as for Zameen Sakin Hai, it's ironic that both those who defend it and those who defame it, haven't actually read the book, if they did then they'd know that Ala Hazrat said to not make this book a Mustaqil Aqeeda, he just had an opinion and used his own findings and interpretations for upholding that opinion, just like with many big philosophers of Greece, they had the opinion of the earth being stationary and it was not like their view wasn't challenged by contemporaries, it was but they'd lose because the stationary ones had circumstantial/observable evidence. Lastly, Zameen Sakin Hai is just a scholarly opinion by him, it wasn't part of his imaan or aqeedah, and you don't just stop benefitting from his wisdom because of some book, otherwise Imam Muslim RA was mad at Imam Bukhari RA and even stopped taking Hadeeths from him, if we build our opinions on cherry picked topics, then we can produce material against even Imam Bukhari RA, lastly AlaHazrat was a normal man, he wasn't of the Masoomeen, he was a human hence capable of errors just like we all are, not saying I disagree with his takfir on certain individuals.
