Adel is a true friend. It’s amazing to me that none of Saladin’s family has come to help him. I am also very concerned that Farin’s has not been cured. There is a surgical procedure, called a surgical thrombectomy, which would remove the clots from her leg. Why has this not been done?? If this hospital is not equipped, move her to a more skilled facility!!

We grown ups do get stressed with everyday stuff but kids don’t know that, Adel at least brought the fun and joy that the little ones needed. As much as they are sad that Fatima is sick and in the hospital, the kids life of being kids will move on, be joyful for them and they will cherish this little moments. Adel is so cheerful that keeps minds busy thinking of dancing .. He never stops talking, wondering if his surrounding ran away 🤣😆 but just love his personality. He is really good for Saladin's family since they have been so sad for months. Wonder what Leila made for lunch! It's Black & has chicken, potatoes, sauce but not familiar with the vegetable that seems burned. Wish the producer / cameraman would also tell us the names of the foods she makes. 🤣🐥🍚
