Guild Wars 2-Fractal 100(The Lonely Tower) CM with Title-"Dps" Scourge PoV

Our Kill of the new fractal CM. After ~6 hours of Attempts we finally got good rng(no envy stacks) and were able to kill it for the 2ed time!(first time we restarted from checkpoint, so no title) This was done in a very casual group, half our players basically never play their class.

Is there some way to manipulate who he drains during the breakbar or do you just pray he doesn't target the player with the envy stacks?

we prayed, but it targets the furthes person with stacks
