4. Last year scholarship status (for renewal only)
5. Counselling letter
6. Fathers Income certificate
7. Latest verification of Income certificate
8. Salary Slip (if parents in job/service)
9. Latest three month's bank statement and last three-year ITR
10. Fathers Pan Card
11. Student Cast Certificate
12. Latest verification of Cast Certificate
13. Student Domicile Certificate
14. Latest verification of Domicile Certificate
15. Bank attested Passbook copy
16. All marksheet from 10th class onwards
17. Gap affidavit (If applicable)
18. Current session's all fee receipts
19. Student's college id/Bonafide
20. Student's Adhar card
21. Father's Adhar card
22. Mother's Adhar card
23. Affidavit from students' side for scholarship
24. Affidavit from parents' side for scholarship
25.Affidavit from students' side if he\she not applied in his\her 1st or 2nd year.
Note :
1.Make the two sets of all the documents in the same order as mentioned above and don't stapple them use paper clip to assemble them
2. College will only provide the details about the dates and fess amount to be filled
in your form. Rest you have to fill your Scholership form by own online.
