D.O. is known as the Most Agile Idol, his runs are so fast and precise making him earn the RnB Prince title. The other vocalist that's singing with D.O. is Chen, the best vocalist in Exo. Chen and Baekhyun along with D.O are the main vocals of Exo. D.O. is in charge of the runs and adlibs while Chen and Baekhyun are on the high notes.

The buzz head is the older version of the english version of For Life. That is the 1st time he sang that song bec its in Seoul. That is Elyxion their concert and they made a tour . By the time they reached Macao he has hair already.. hehe thats where he made that incredible run. ♡
5:03 that was in the same year just in diferent concert. The time when D.O. had bald head was when Exo started the concert tour. And months later still the same concert stage but just in different country and obviously D.O.’s hair grown a lot more during that gap.

5:35 this is actually the time when he is busy with both his acting and singing career, he is filming while doing tours, and I think he might strained his voice during those times since he's been doing both work almost at the same time. He's probably just exhausted and didn't have much time to rest which causes him to strain his vocals. The latter part is when he is not that busy and I think he got to focus on his techniques a lot more there.

I love D.O voice so amazing.
DO's voice is absolutely angelic and smooth. Most non asians tend to love his voice which to no surprise lends itself so well to english songs. Please also check out Baekhyun who's also a main vocalist of exo. He is one of the most successful kpop soloist today and his solo albums prove how versatile he is with any concept. Please check out his live vocals and also un village and candy tracks.
the buzzed head clips weren’t necessarily him older, some clips you liked the most were actually after his buzz cut. just probably him having better vs worse days
yeah, elyxion in Seoul wasn’t his best. That was right in the middle of when he was filming swing kids im p sure, so he had to rehearse for the concert, the dance scenes for the movie AND film the movie at the same time. I think he was just exhausted and didn’t rest both himself and his voice at the time, which caused the vocals to suffer
yeah i remember him being pitchy during that period. he was pitchy when they sang universe in the white suits, in elyxion, in either the GDAs or the MMAs. It was just him being tired during that time.

D.O can do the runs and the adlibs, some of the clips with his bald head weren’t all really him older as for a period of time he had to cut his hair because he had acting roles. Hi Adam thank u so much for making a series of Kyungsoo's vocals reaction videos. Im so happy to hear all the praises and feedbacks. And so you know that actually the bald one was the old perfm it was back in the late of 2017 when he was filming a movie, while the other one was in mid 2018 while he was also filming his drama. Kyungsoo is also known as the bluechip in acting world, film industry labelled him as a bluechip of chungmurro(Korean's ver of Holywood). Another trivia, Kyungsoo's talking voice is so different from his singing voice that its sometimes baffles me. 😅. He has this deep and manly voice while talking.

Ohmygossh i love thisss!! Thank you for reacting to my babe's vocals🤣 jk. But that's the reason why he's my bias and he can't be replaced, because his vocals are incredibly unique. I love how his voice sounds so sweet and smooth but also powerful at the same time. His runs are his best skills, which I haven't heard with any other singers, he's actually known for it(that's actually one of the main reason why his vocals are the best for me)
Hi thanks for the reaction!! Yes you are right D.O with short him is from his recent years. He had to shave his head for his movie Swing Kids. At 5:10, I'm pretty sure D.O was a little sick or it was his last performance so he was kinda worn out. So he couldn't give his all. I hope you react to more EXO in the future!! They are vocal kings

Thank you for reacting to D.O. again! For Open Arms, the other 2 vocalists Chen and Baekhyun took the chorus as their range is higher and wider to carry the chorus. D.O. Voice is more calm and soulful as you can see from the clips. So he does more soft songs adlibs and R&B. I agree he has a thicker voice. He looks easy and calm to sing in front of you that's why people love his voice, it's soothing.
For life, the not good performance was actually the 1st day of the concert tour. Bad day after tiring schedule.

5:03 was in Japan Nov 2017 and 5:45 also Elixion but in 2018 were they performed almost every weekend in different countries. For example the ones here in

They performed 2 or 3 nights every weekend and you can tell some days he sounds more tired than others but always clear and professional. Also this performance was in between a group of dance and sing numbers. So while he is singing the rest of EXO is resting on the side.

Yes, this is what i like most about D.O. Listening to him is kinda addictive. He's got the voice of an angel and he really sound so good even in LIVE! Amazing!

So yeah some said that he was sick during that time.. the clip after where he has hair is after the buzz cut one.. its was the same year.

Im happy your checking more of D.o ( 1 out of EXO'S 3 main vocalists) singing, he is the one who does the runs in their songs and has a really rnb feel to his singing, Beakhyun is like in the middle of D.O and CHEN, he has like a raspy, strong yet high tone? ( he killed every highnote in SuperM songs)...then we have Chen who mostly does the high notes in EXO's songs and has a very high tone and nasaly at times too, his my favorite vocalist in kpop.

Actually the stage 5:02 is for life... where he was bald. And It was Elytion 2017. And the next one you mentioned was better was later that year i guess... so he was at the same age ^_^
And also the last stage was one of his latest stages with exo before his military enlistment in 2018
The shaved hair part of “for life” was before the second one when he already has hair and 7:52 is much later than when he has shaved hair.

Yes, you are right. The longest hair (red and black) was in his debut (earliest) days. Around 2017, he got the buzz cut for one of his movie role (as a soldier). Yes he acted while he continued his concert, that's why he sang For Life with different technique because it was in different time (saw how his hair grew?). Then the recent one was him in the lastest clip, early 2018, he was kinda lowkey singing now. Not that too powerful like before, and we still love it. Anyway, thank you again for review D.O. Kyungsoo's vocal. I really enjoyed it 😄😄

No, it was in the same time period. Less than a year apart, he just grew out his hair. He only sang For Life in one concert series (each series runs for almost a year). Like I said in the previous video, there was a time (when he was bald) when he was pitchy for a bit. That was the time when he was filming a movie, doing the concerts, the year-end awards and festivals.

that's what i've been thinking!! i thought he did have like, better technique during his earlier days. it could've also been because he had way more time to practise singing back then, and given more parts to sing. if you'd like a more "stripped down" version of him just singing, you should give this radio show called Sukira a watch. He sang a lot there, and you could reaaaally hear how full, and buttery smooth his vocals are. Really incredible voice.
