If you want them to like the tomatoes more you can do what we used to do in the zoo, Very lightly sprinkle them with salt. Salt is a mineral that their body’s needs and it’s hard for them to get. Or you can go to a horse feed store and buy a 50 pound salt lick Block and sit it out there where they can lick it it at will. A big 40 or 50 pound salt lick with extra minerals shouldn’t cost more than $6 and it’s smaller than your little plastic container that you bring them fruit in.
