@@mikemahoneygaming5754 I don't hate it either, its not my favourite, but it has a place in the park until they see the need to replace it with something new.
I'll be honest I couldn't care less about using Rita or Air. I don't know they just don't do it for me , Rita especially since there is a far better launch coaster in Velocity at Flamingo land and it does that whole launch but does nothing with it.

No way, swarm is an icon whenever anyone thinks of Thorpe park. I think of three rides ‘swarm’ ‘stealth’ ‘collossus’

Had a great time at Alton towers on opening day and got my favourite ride on wicker man ever!
I think the reason why Thorpe don't like coasters is because of the decrease in attendants when the swarm opened.

Clossus is awesome. maybe because I sat on the second row of the coaster train and leaned my head foward the whole time.
I don’t get the hate for Rita at all! Since DLP closed RnRC, Rita is the closest thing that satisfies my need to get launched then jerked around in my seat. 😂 All jokes aside - it’s one of my favourite coasters in the park. 👀

Which one would you remove from BPPB, The Big One or Icon (bearing in mind if you cut icon, BPPB won't hold the record for the UK's only double launched coaster, and if you remove big one the entire BPPB will be different or hard to replica) Oh and by the way infusion and nemesis should swap places in parks :)

I notice a patten for merlin like Thorpe last coaster was in 2012 Heidi park last coaster was in 2014 gardaland last coaster was in 2016
And Alton towers last coaster was in 2018

I don't get the fierce love for the BPPB woodies, Streak is fun but the other 2 are just too old and too rough these days. There has to come a time where you move on and create a new iconic rides (pun half intended)

So rita is the only non secret wepon to be fit into the 7.

If Spinball Whizzer is removed, I think my home park Oakwood should get it. We really need a new bigger coaster and Spinball would fit in, plus it keeps it alive for more generations to enjoy. What do you think?

TBH if they removed Rita Oakwood could get it too. It would stand out a lot more
What is wrong with Rita? It needs theming is what is wrong with it. It's just a fast launch coaster no gimmicks. Enclose it and turn it into a themed dark ride!

Yeah I don't get the hate Rita has I mean compared to Stealth, it doesn't hold a candle, but for what it is, it's a decent coaster.

I like rita as cable launch is actually intense, I think if Icon had cable lauch it would make that first launch intense, until then, i'm really sorry but i'm calling Icon overrated for its really underwhelming launch.

Rita is just so boring! It's a launch and then... nothing. One of those you do if you've got an annual pass and it's a quiet day or you're taking someone who hasn't been to the park in a while
