I bought two of these machines, and I have had the following problems.
1) Static charge on the plastic plate causes capsules to stick to the plate, and not to fall into the tray.
2) The plastic screws on the handles needed to be replaced because they snapped in half after a few uses.
3) The handle broke off. The very thin machined piece of metal that held the handle to the machine was too weak to stand up to the torque required to hold the capsules in place.
Each machine is designed for 1 size of capsule. I have size 1 and size 00.

My question is when using gelatin capsules of size 00 one side is longer than the other so when you first load the empty capsules to open them wouldn't they end up being layed out uneven before filling? I'm not familiar with the green and white caps.

i bought a small 10 pill size 0 from alieexpress. you guys did a great job. its flawless. much better than the ones sold on amazon. the filling and encapsulation process is very quick!
how is this any better or faster than th e totally manual version? it looks like its been over complicated without any extra benefit???
