Not a lot of people can say they learned from and shot their first deer with Ms Sydnie "Slockmaster Jr" Wells. Congratulations Mr Dave on a spectacular mature doe. I'm sure you'll enjoy every bite. That heart would go great thinly sliced and sauteed in butter and olive oil or bacon grease with morel mushrooms. Thanks for sharing this adventure.

Here is a real ignorant question from a non-hunter. Can the animals not see Orange? I get why they wear it obviously. But wouldn't that stand out to animals?

@@FerkTron2000 that would make more sense. They also see things in what’s basically only 2 dimensions so if you’ve ever seen a deer bobbing its head around it’s trying to look at you from different angles to see you better.
