Very beautiful speech and recording, but it's too fast. Archaic language is more difficult to understand and St. Paul is very dense in concepts.
Since the Bible is a very long book, people want to get through it quickly, but then you don't understand what you're listening to.
I learned speed reading when I was 13 and it's useful for quickly extracting facts from ads and newspapers but for the Bible, Shakespeare, poetry, and beautiful literature, etc. you need lots of pauses to take it in, especially if it's one of the older translations.
You can read to yourself a whole lot faster than you can take in information through your ears. Also, British pronunciation is somewhat different than that from other countries and regions of each country.
Then listen to another version.
Or pause the reading when you need time to contemplate.
