My theory is 053 its related to SCP 5000, I dont think she is infected with the parasite and is immune to it, 682 is only hostile due to humanity being infected with the parasite, and this may also explain the protectiveness of 682 to the child, and why everyone else finds something wrong with her, the parasite identifies a threat and manipulates the host to try and attack, why she heals fast and those who attack her die? no idea, just my head cannon lol
