#Schubert i really like Schubert because he is romantic but at the same time he has something of classical. He is able to create from a very simple line complex and articolutate variations. I like his music also because he repeats a lot phrases or structure, but they never get boring. I love this impromptu, because is very different from the other three of op. 90, but in few bars you can find the style he used in the others.

This piece exemplifies a lot of what I love about #Schubert. Beautiful tunes, the dramatic middle section, and it's unequivocally a piano piece with the sparkly effect throughout. I've worked on this pice over the years, and I've always liked the fact that it doesn't really get to A flat major until the second page. That's a beautiful moment.

Annique , thank you so much for the video!!! I’m so happy because you chose my favourite composer - Schubert. I love Schubert because of his absolutely melodic, lyrical and beautiful music! I’ve played his Drei Klavierstücke D. 946, 4 impromptus op.90 and impromptu in B flat major Op. 142. And also, this impromptu was especially hard to learn because of those repetitive notes in arpeggios. Thank you for your videos and this video especially! #Schubert

For anyone who enjoyed this piece I highly recommend listening to the other three impromptus in the op. 90 set. They’re all beautiful. There is also another set of four impromptus with opus no 142 - they’re great too. In my opinion Schubert’s best piano music is in the impromptus, though I’m sure many would disagree. Cheers

#Schubert i started liking Schubert's music VERY recently! Although I've mostly been listening to Chopin and Bach (and even started learning Animenz covers - loved the Unravel video by the way) there's this beautiful flow and expression in Schubert's music. What I also absolutely love is this little sense of mystery he creates, which is fantastic. Each phrase has certain expressions and shines in its own beauty. He has amazing lyricism! It's like he's telling stories with many emotions in his pieces. Kinda sad that i didn't know much of his music before, but he's certainly a gift! also, great video as always! Really love the detailed little views about the pieces you do the challenge on. Very happy and grateful I found this channel :))

#Schubert I find Schubert a fascinating and very enjoyable composer to listen to as, in my eyes, he represents a bridge between the classical and romantic eras and this is heard in his pieces. Hearing the Mozartian rigidity and simplicity paired with the expressive romanticism of composers like chopin lets you hear his pieces in so many different ways and creates a unique combination of ration and emotion. Hearing how his music changes between the two eras is incredible and makes way for huge variety in all of his pieces, much like Beethoven on a smaller timeline and thats why I love Schuberts music!

#schubert This was the piece where I got stuck with our old Förster piano and my parents realised I needed a better instrument that could keep up with my fingers and eventually brought me to the conservatory. Sweet memories (and struggles) ☺️

I love Schubert. His melodies just fill my heart, right now I'm practising the first of his 3 piano pieces D.946 #Schubert

#schubert I love schubert with his heartbreaking simplicity and the constant theme of “Sehnsucht” in his music- the longing and not feeling belonged anywhere. Especially a lied that touches me is the Taubenpost, his last song. Few weeks before his death, really sick, something so simply and optimistically expressive teaches me about life.

The way you are making the keys look so light 😭 I am a keyboard player and only an intermediate, so when I tried to play on an actual piano, it was sooooo heavyyty

Every time I here one of his pieces, it's like magic, you get into a new world full of real emotions, I don't know how to describe it😂
