Are you telling me THATS why I feel like I’m so damn behind? I play this game exclusively on my phone.
Potatobros... Also with low fps sometimes you cancel your AA if you play sniper rifles, even worse if it's accompanied by stutter.
I learned this the last week. I usually played on a tablet and when I installed Nikke on PC, dude, I noticed the difference on interception on a faster transition to boss phases.
this is why on mg team I change my desktop resolution to 720p b4 hopping in on UR and SR
I play on a Poco F5, but it's because of these details that I keep a close eye on the framerates even when playing at medium quality and 60 FPS.
Also, I've noticed that when I play the game from a sniper's view, all the damage increases.
However, if I switch to another character, the damage is cut by almost 20~30%.
Apparently, the sniper view improves the phone's FPS.
If you're talking about team's total damage increased, the Sniper reason is probably also you're bursting more because you have faster energy gain. (You get more burst gain when you are 'on' the SR). Try to count how much more times you're bursting. I've talked about the SR/RL energy gain change here: czcams.com/video/ofUFCUIAmcg/video.html

i play on my poco X5, should i lower my setting because sometimes fps just drop badly when the screen is start full of enemies and other stuff

im using ipone 15 and all smooth.. im not using the higest settings (but the grapchic and model are high, unless they looks like a crap)..

I'm 1000% sure that whole higher FPS supremacy is easily fixable on Shift Up's side, dunno what are they doin. Like, SU is not gonna gain any money from you getting a better device so might as well fix that shit cause it may make one and a half players quit the game lmao
Nope. At some point hardware limitations cannot be overcome by a dev "just fix" it bs like you suggested. Stop playing on trash devices.
The "fix" would be devs lowering the quality of the game on better devices to be only as good as sht devices. You think if devs just work harder they can make a game like Mortal Kombat look and play just as good on switch like it does on modern consoles/pc? They cannot.

There is absolutely no way you need anything close to an i9 or 64gigs of ram to hit 60FPS and to play Nikke of all games. His specs, barring whatever GPU he was using, seemed more than adequate to his 60FPS.
My Friend also said it to me, once I get Modernia I need a good pc or else she's not going to put more dmg because her hit rates depends on the fps of the pc.
This is why I don’t even think about competing for Max damage. I only play on my phone, but I’ve seen the incredible damage difference playing my account on pc. It’s a mobile game, but we’re punished (hard) for playing it on mobile. Remember, this game was advertised as being able to be played with one hand lol.

After seeing this video when it dropped a few hours earlier, I had to test for myself. Got an FPS counter with Nvidia Geforce Experience as well as from MSI Afterburner. Ran the same IRON boss with same team in the video. The results of my personal experience are as follows:
I'll try keep this short. I noticed I would drop from 60FPS to 52FPS during burst, likely because of all the screen effects. I messed with all options in "GRAPHICS" tab and the only 2 options that stopped this dip were "CHARACTER RESOLUTION" and "COMBAT EFFECT", which are right next to each other. I would switch them both to LOW and OFF respectively. No other options here helped my FPS drop.
Before changing the settings I averaged over several attempts at 1.33 billion damage. After lowering the settings I averaged over several attempts 1.38 billion damage. An approximate 50 million damage difference, give or take. That's approximately a 3.62% damage difference.
I hope this anecdote helps other people. Even minor, temporary dips in FPS can make a difference and lower the damage of MG.

Definitely during burst is one of the times that drops FPS. Especially with Dorothy :')

My friend who played Nikke on his Ipad usually had the app exploded when playing for some time. And yes, he mained Dorothy. It's getting worse when he's using Doro along with Crown as he cannot finish a co-op mode if they were together LOL. Now he had to play on a laptop instead when co-op.
Meanwhile me using Asus RoG 522JX for 8 years (with ssd and 16gb ram upgrade) can still runs Nikke 60 fps as fine as his Ipad when the app not exploding. xD

This game definitely plays better on my PC. I have an i7-5820k and an RTX 2080 with 32GB of RAM. The game runs very smoothly. Even my iPhone 15 Pro gets the occasional hiccup in a couple of boss fights that can throw off my aim or timing, so I prefer to do tougher content on my PC.
DO NOT play on 30 FPS if you can help it. It's really bad.
That dude's laptop should have more than enough specs to run Nikke @ 60 FPS consistently. His GPU is either a GTX 1650 or an RTX 3050.
He needs to add an additional 8GB RAM because just 1 stick of 8GB is definitely causing a hit on his FPS. Then just play around with the graphics setting.

If some phones can run this consistently at 60, any GPU within the last six years will do fine enough. So a 1650 or 3050 wouldn't be the issue here, the CPU is the biggest bottle neck with this game.
that why I never bother doing solo raid anymore bcoz I know my phone cant compete with high end pc player
I had a phone with Helio G99 with everything in low and it was laggy, now I have a Poco F6 with SD 8sG3 and it runs smooth as silk 🤤

People use channel points (gained just simply by watching me on twitch). Redeem the reward for account review (ideally at the start of the stream / not during new char release day / solo raid challenge mode day1) and if there's time for the stream (no other stream plans) then we do it (if not, then we do it in other days). No waitlist, it's whenever on the days we have time to do account reviews and someone redeems.

No way his cpu is the part thats struggling. The most likely culprit is ram. 8 gigs is a criminally low amount in todays standards.

For anyone blaming shift up and saying they need better optimization. You're wrong. Optimization can only go so far. Get job, work overtime, beg, or suck 🐓. Then use the extra money to buy yourself a current year flagship computer/phone. A good one too, not a fkn weird budget/mid tier machine

Scarlet BS is extremely reliant on pc performance since you need to cancel her shots
