As a person who cuts hair I whis people would stop calling the shag haircut a mullet. A tire mullet is short on the top and sides and long in the back. Please stop calling this a mullet.

OK, children, I only saw three actual mullets in there. Since I was born in '75 and grew up when they were all the horrible rage I know what I'm talking about. There is a difference between Farrah Fawcett bangs, a shag and a mullet. I've had a shag haircut for most of my life since it's the only cut that looks decent on me. Those trying to look like Bonnie Tyler do not have a mullet. If you look like Billy Ray Cyrus in the '80s you have a mullet.

Most of these are a Shah not a mullet. I know I'm a cosmetologist and the thought of mullets coming back into style gives me horrible nightmares. Shags are gorgeous cuts but the dude definitely did himself dirty and got a true mullet.
