These hunts are the best archery vids on YT. I went full trad this year for deer and I've yet to pull the string. Oddly enough it's the most fun I've ever had hunting deer. Thanks for taking us along on a great season!
got to agree , these are great videos for CZcams , I love to real footage of the hunt as it happens , i feel like I'm there and not watching a movie , again great work guys , looking forward to more videos
Well, I have the same problem holding and pulling through the shot. I’m sure many trad guys have same problem. Also have to set on a stool starting this year. I busted my knee early fall and not sure it will ever be the same. I guess I am getting older. Lol Thanks for sharing

@@gunshyarchery Thanks buddy, I just got to get on switching my hunting license over from a BC one to Alberta.. Also cause of you, I got into recurve and quite like it. Don't get me wrong, I'll still use my compound or sick crossbow to really reach out there if I'm having no luck, but I finally see the appeal to traditional archery gear.. It's more a feel, eh?
@@gunshyarchery Can you believe the kodiak is on the ban list now? I knew it would be, that a second round would come and it would be smart to scoop up that stuff while still available..
@@gunshyarchery usually the liberals are terrified of stepping on natives toes, so lets hope C-21 gets shot down because most native hunters are gun hunters. Archery tends to still be a little more of a white people's hobby.. Bow hunting only really becoming popular again in the 80's with the invention of the compound bow..

What are you using to wrap your bow? I probably should camo my bow if I’m hunting in deep winter next year. I have you 4+1 quiver, great quality.

These are not wooden arrows, carbon. The lighted nocks are Nockturnal. The woods we ran in our boar hunt were Bohning

When you go hunting, do you carry a gun? If you don't have a gun, is it dangerous if you encounter bears or wolves?
No we don't carry a gun unless we are bear hunting. Then we carry a shot gun or bear spray.
