It's not really an accent. In Singapore we speak broken English and, well, it somehow became known as a language (Singlish) unique to us Singaporeans. For example , instead of, "Wow, that dinner sure was great!", most would say "Wa, dinner damn nice sia!" Umm yeahh it's something like that.
