Government does not have to respond to every incorrect statements made by people ignorant in the subject under discussion. Musk is not the last word in technology. He does not know how India's EVMs work and are different from the EVMs he has seen. Rajiv Chandrasekhar has very clearly stated the difference between our ETMs and the types used outside.
