sometimes more products makes skin worse!! it’s so easy to look for new and trendy products to fix pimples, but just letting them be helps a lot

I love the vlogs, but lately they have been so product heaving. it seems every week you have a new skincare routine to show us with new products, or a new grocery haul with new expensive foods. ofc recommendations are okay but its so often it’s hard to tell what’s genuine. we love you for you, not for product pushing!!

About your skin, maybe you should get an allergy test done? To rule out maybe some kind of food allergies!
Also tend to stick to one skin care routine, switching up too much may worsen things sometimes !
Would you ever consider going to a dermatologist? I’ve struggled with my skin for a long time and using a prescription retionoid like tretinoin really helped me, I’d really recommend!

Girl I made my bf take me to nantucket for the day and it was AMAZING! I loved it 100 times more than Martha’s Vineyard. You and mac should go to Sconset Beach, the walk there is breath taking and the homes are all bloomed with roses and flowers (at least it was when I went end of June) also right when you get off the ferry there’s a really good bbq place called ‘B-ack yard bbq’ GO there! It’s amazing. Also had one of the best açaí bowls from ‘Yummy’ it’s near the ferry port too so not far walk from the bbq place. have fun 🤍🤍🫶🏻

Tbh I don't think your skin issues are because of skin care but diet. Really watch your sugar content. As soon as I eat desserts, I get pimples
Drinking tons of coffee can also cause acne. I know for me it will. x
diet plays a huge role in how our skin looks! It’s all very independent of that person, no one will react the same to the same foods, however, dairy/eggs/processed foods, high saturated fats, some meats etc can cause increased acne
