How does your Wakamo phase 1 not already have full stacks before running? For me it always happens and I couldn't pull off the 3rd cancel like this

EX5 Hifumi with T8 Necklace doesn't work with Fubuki in this case since she will overfill the gauge before Wakamo starts running.
if you run into this issue then you will need to use Suzumi with T8 Necklace and T2 Bond gear instead of Fubuki

u can cancel fubuki basic skills using her EX, works for me

You can use Fubuki's skill just as she looks like she's running out of ammo to delay her skill activation

I used a different team 2 and team 3. My students are a bit lacking so I had to go with 4 teams My 4th team was Midori, Miyu, Momoi a borrowed Mika, Serina and S. Shiroko.

Miyako is yellow armor so she will melt against Wakamo XD

You can always throw in Haruka, but you'd have to babysit her.

rotation will not be the same with NYHaruka but you could try
or you can use Serina instead of Koharu and put another DPS like Junko/Izumi/Mutsuki which might be easier
