Para makatulong sa iba, try to CUT OUT DAIRY in your food before you take any drugs or derma. Been suffering acne since my teens and only discovered mga 30yo na ako, I switched to Soya Milk and hindi nako gumagamit ng creams and switched to gel types. Lalo na nu g nag Pescatarian ako and eliminated Meat from my food, clear agad ng skin ko. Now I know why vegetarians are instant kinis. Thanks sa Vegan & vegetarian friends ko who advised me. Nakatulong pa sa pag slim ng body ko, kahit no exercise masyado, nakakapayat agad. Payat na nga, kinis pa..type of food lang pala katapat

@@lovelyanndayaday3175 substitute dairy with nut milks (almond/soy/cashew/oat, etc) and try to avoid food with dairy as much as possible (desserts, pizza, cakes, etc). People have different acne triggers pero usually it's hormones, dairy, and sugar.

Kaya siguro never ako nagka acne or even a single pimple in my whole life, no dark spot or hyperpigmentation problem kasi mahilig ako sa fruits and vegetables and vegetarian ako hanggang 30 yrs old ako. Then ngayon kumakain ako ng meet once a week and konti lng.Kata din siguro di ako sakitin and nagtataka mga officemate ko bakit lahat sila amy sipon at ubo at hindi man lng ako tinatablan. Siguro nga sa kakain ko ng prutas at gulay. Sa Morning black coffe and apple ako or fruits then sa lunch 2 cups of vegetables ako then 1pc banana and sa dinner I eat pasta or bread. Kapag nag ssnack ako fruits lng din.

If naka isotret , moisturizer is enough as per the derma .after finishing the session wait for a month to apply any products na mei pang exfoliate or u will be prone for hyperpigmentation. Since this med po is the final choice for severe acne bulgaris it contains high dose of vitamin a hence u have to do monthly blood test (lft,cholesterol,renal panel) .
This med is also teratogenic so avoid pregnancy just sharing :)

Nag take ako ng oral meds.nakaka dry sya ng pimples. Pero dami nya side effect sakin. Lalo na sa mga joints, hair, bone and sa eyes. Medyo pricey pa. Pero effective

I took pills when I suffered from severe pimples as well. Yun din napansin kong nag-save sakin. Side effects, nauseous ako, tas laging masakit ulo.

i tried acnetrex before and it really helped with my pimples and it made my face super lambot and parang skin ng baby and yeah ung lips ko nag dry kaya my derma recommended me to use nivea lip balm. ung reseta sken ni doc before is to take the medicine for 6 months but only took it for 3 months haha kc nag clear na face ko coz its really effective. pero kung gusto nyo tlaga ung mawala na talga totally ung pimples nyo is sundin nyo nlng derma nyo hehe

Nagkaka-pimple na ko talaga, but Ngayon sa tingin ko is the time na may pimple breakout na ko. 😓 Can't afford magpaderma. Kaya ko nandito to find cure or anything na makapag-papawala ng pimple ko. Malalaki at maiitim and sobrang Dami Niya Ngayon. 😭😭

Hi ate nicole na realized ko lng po na same tayo ng pinag dadaanan ilang years na po kasi mga pimples ko madami narin po akong ginawa to remove it pero wala parin po nangyayari yes po nababawasan pero ganun parin po at sa kahirapan narin po ng buhay hindi ko po ma afford yang mga sinasabi niyo pong product. Nawawalan na ako ng gana maki join sa ibang tao dahil nahihiya po ako sa mga pimples ko pati narin po sa mga peklat i wish sana po matulungan niyo po ako😭😍💖

My derma let me take those pills years ago, and it was such a lifesaver. Also, got smaller pores. However, not ideal for someone wanting to conceive.

tretinoin is really effective but it made my skin sooo dry. tiis ganda dami kong natry na lotion and lipbalm but dry pa din. dapat mg second round ako ng isotretinoin kasi bumalik pimples ko after few months but ng opt ako sa topical tretinoin.

Isotret user here wayback 2019. Pero nagkakapimples na ko ulittt. planning to retakeeeee isotret again. 😅
I super agree with that medicine Isotretinoin (ACNETREX) 👏👌👍 it does really treats (severe) Acne cases. My Dermatologist advices me to take it (minimum) for 6mos. Im on my 4th month and yet my face was really clear now, just the marks that really bothers me.

@@lyzabrazas1436 Actually initial dose kc na inadvice skn ng Derma ko is 10mg (2x a day), then monthly lab test, then after at ok nmn ung result ng labs. ko she increase it to 20mg na (1x a day). It will vary kc sa result din ng mga labs mo and it’s all depends sa Dermatologist kung iincrease nya ung dose ng gamot and for how long u should take it.😊
