Is it necessary for the copies to be attested by university controller as well?
No need of attestation from uni controller.Wes only accept HEC attested copies.

wa salam. bhai apko BA ki degree aur transcript chayay kisi b agency se eca kerwanay kay liyay. app kisi b country may reh ker apna eca kerwa saktay hain lakin documents apko eca se pehlay HEC se verify kerwanay peray gay jo kay is wqt almost her ECA agency ki requirement hai.
My education is of 16 years but i have 2 degree one is BAhons 2nd is Master degree so which i need to upload both or only masters one?
if you are claiming work experience points right after your BA then you have to submit both. and if your work experience is after your master then only master degree.
i have done BBA then MBA after that have 6 years working experience. should i upload both BBA and MBA or only MBA?
if i upload only MBA how can WES calculate my bachelor degree consist of 4 years.

brother i recommend you only send your MBA but to CES. WES will not give you masters as WES normally gives Master to 1 out 100 applicants .And as an Asian degree specially Pakistani degree Wes will not give you the masters. I can explain the reasons why Wes do that but believe me You should go for CES , IQAS or ICES. but Process with CES is very simple and straight .
I have a confusion here ! HEC kehti hai k Original Documents Hi attest hon gay Jo k phir wo hamein Sealed Envelope mein send back krdein gay right .But WES yeh Bolta hai k Dont Send Original Documents because wo veryfication k baad dispose kr dete hein documents abb hum uss envelope ko HEC se recieve krne k baad agar khool lein to Sealed nai rahy ga . Iss ka Kia Hul hai ?
1 App nay Wes ko hec attested photo copies sealed envelope may send kerni hai original send nahi kerni.
2. Ager apnay hec se apni original degrees pehlay se attest kerwayi howi hain tu sirf photo copies attest kerwa lain aur envelope khud se hec ko dain aur instruct kery kay copies envelope may seal kery.then ye sealed envelope app khud se Wes ko send kery gay.
3 ager original attest nahi kerwayi tu hec original aur copies ko ek sath attest kery ga then copies ko app hec se envelope may seal kerwa lain.
4 ager app hec se urgent fee kay sath slot book kertay hain tu wahan ja ker app ko khudi samjh a jayay gi .sab kuch attest kerwa kay copies aur forms envelope may seal kerwa ker ussi din Dhl ya ya service apko sahi lagay uss se send krr dain.original apnay pass rakhain.
Ager samjh na ayay tu phir poch laina.
Agar Engineering ki Degree attest krwani ho to uss k liye PEC ka Hona lazmii ha kia . Without PEC attestation nai ho sakti kia ?
Ye depend kerta hai app kis body se evaluation kerwna chahtay hain.unki requirement ager PEC hai tu PEC se attest kerwana must hai.other wise HEC SE HI HOGI.
do we only need to get the masters degree and transcript verified to submit to IRCC for maximum points?
IF you want to claim points against Your masters then only master degree and transcript verified copy required for evaluation agencies . and you will get an ECA report .this report will be submit to IRCC. If you are claiming points for work experience that you were eligible right after your graduation ,then you have to evaluate both master and bachelor degree .and the report will submit to IRCC.I hope you understand.
Sir mere pass diploma hai 3 years ka sindh technical board sy ,uski attestation kra k original degree send krni hai k attested degrees ki photo copies courier krna hai wes ko ?
apne original sirf WES kay portal per upload kerni hai. phir original degree ki attested copies sealed envelope may laini hai HEC se. aur wo envelope send kerna hai WES ko. ORGINAL WES ko send nhi kerni.

yeah app daikh lain kay apki education HEC kay through hai ya nai. Mery khayal may Pakistan may sab board HEC kay under hi atay hain siway foreign EDUCATION KAY.
APNAY pehlay apni degree aur transcript unattested WES per upload kerni hai. uskay baad degree ki copy aur transcript ki copy HEC se sealed envelop may ly ker WES ko send kerni hai. Degree ager khud kay liyay attest kerwani hai tou wo bhi kerwa lo lakin WES ko sirf attested photocopy chayay bs. original send nahi kerni WES ko.
Should a 44 years old single apply for SINP program????
Yes if the noc is in demand.master degree ielts clb 8 10 years of work experience.but noc must be in demand as in recent draws people got selected with low score but with in demand noc code.
