- 8-0143 is a high speed & precision 2-axis motorized rotation system based on torque motor technology equipped with high resolution optical incremental encoders and magnetic brake. Manufacturer website: www.standa.lt/products/catalog...
Particular motorized two-axis gimbal table model is equipped with pneumatic collet holder for quick fixing and removal of multiple objects.
Such a compact Tilting Rotary Table could be combined with linear direct drive stages and become 4,5-axis robotic system for extremely precise motion along predefined trajectory with real-time EtherCAT communication and low synchronization jitter while using controllers offered by Standa.
Those systems are supplied fully calibrated including all measurement reports. - Věda a technologie
sorry for interrupting here. I have a project where I would like to use a drive rotary tilt table for orientating a hemisphere. The drive shown here would be perfect but I have seen others that are not likely as high spec. but with a good enough spec. for my use. While I am an engineer, I have no experience in setting up something like this with a controller and being able to program it's motion. Could you direct me to somewhere that I could solicit someone's help in putting it all together or simply learning how to do it? Thanks
Best one I've seen so far.
Very Nice!
Would this work on a Tormach PCNC700?
You would need to add controllers . I know Mach has 5 axis abilities but if you have the path pilot software I’m not sure if it supports 5 axis . Also it looks nice but I’m a little skeptical of its rigidity. Your relying on a magnetic field and not a worm or hypocycloidal gear . It might deflect with any type of load from the end mill . I have the 1100 and am building my own . With your 700 you could make one more capable than this one
