The user would have to get a MailChimp account and then they would have access to Mailchimp support. At least I assume this is how it would work, as all users get support.
I've added a second user (business im creating a newsletter for), im trying to set up the email automation and it comes from their email but every time i put in their email that its to be sent from it keeps saying it needs to be verified? She has verified it and i have given her admin access but still not working. Please help!

Sorry you are having issues. If you are added as a user then you should be logging in using your own account. The 2FA would then be sending the authentification code to your email or phone.

does this only work for paid accounts? Cuz "add a user" isn't showing up on my mailchimp account
Apparently is does, but I don't have a paid account and was able to make this video. I must have be grandfathered in at some point.
i was added as a user....but cant pass 2 factor verification...you don't tell me what to do in this video.
