Judging by the fact that the scout enemy took a one shot from the warden means that it was sitting atleast below 80hp (we heard no crit sound), this means that THE REAL scout was a couple of shots away from shutting down the enemy scout, there for scout is kind off stiff with his skills
the scout has to shoot 16 times because if we say that the enemy scout is at 80 hp, and from the intro is seen that the scout fire 4 shoots which will equal 16 because is a level three scout, so for the scout to kill the enemy scout he have to shoot it 16 times

I think most of part 2 is going to be around skins or something cause the "part one" only added the map, tower and a secret reward I think the skins or something else moved to part two because the devs were focusing more on the movember season But hey! Who knows? Can be anything!
