What's uncool about being a cheerleader ? The spirit, the fitness, the camaraderie, the trips, the free stuff, the extra curriculum activity ? I'm not even american, we don't have cheerleaders in my country, but it's a very cool thing. It's just that american movies draw cheerleaders and quarterbacks as superficial and shallow students. I'm sure it's not the case in real life...

More then likely the show got in contact with him after they got the tweet and had him come to the show. At the end of the day she comes off cold and snobbish, he comes across as daring and spontaneous.

Dude, i love all of Chris' anecdotes in that interview -- from the Towie, to his naked stint, to his headshots, and then the chant! That interview was my favorite! And i agree; adding McAvoy to the Pratt-Bishop-Law ensemble would've been awesome!

A girl turns down a guy and doesn't want to date him. And the entire show tries to blame her for not giving him a chance... Why is it that a women turning down a man is "evil" ? I remember some time ago a mass shooting by someone who got rejected multiple times by a girl and people blamed the girl for not dating him, because then the mass shooting wouldn't have happened. Seriously? If a woman doesn't want to date a guy, she should bloody be allowed to do so. The guy who wants to date her is not a victim here!

She supposedly said yes to one date and postponed twice. Who knows what the actual reason was for her to go to her sister and if I would have tickets to see my idol, I wouldn't want to miss that chance either.
Plus, if someone comes to me and asks me out of the blue if they can go on a date with me, I don't have my opinion ready on a silver plate, readily presentable. I would need time to think about that. And perhaps she made a wrong spur of the moment decision. Or maybe she didn't really want to, but since there seems to be so much social pressure on the women needing to please the desparate man, she said yes to the date and then deciding to tell him gently that she doesn't think this is going to work out. Still, she considered going to see her idol and her sister as more important than the date. But since he embarrased her so on the show, I am glad she didn't bow to pressure.
Again, I don't know, you don't know, nobody but her and him knows, yet we blame her. That is completely unfair.

Perhaps not the most graceful way to dump someone, but he put her in a reeeeeally awkward position, and was clearly not self-aware enough to realize how creepy that might come off. Like... we get it, you like her. Harassing her multiple times is not the best way to get her to say yes though... And following her onto a show? Not only stalker-y but super clingy as well. And they hadn't even been on one date yet!!
