Can you use a Dewalt 20v MAX 5 ah lithium ion battery as an alternative to the manufacturer battery for this 82 quart bodega and do you need an adapter if so? I've seen it done with smaller versions, and just curious if it works with this one.

It can be powered with an optional battery that slides in by the wheels. Or you can power it via AC/DC

No it doesn't. But there will be condensation, which is normal. It also comes with drain plugs in both Chambers
I just got one of the TW75 and it didn't come with wheels or the slid handle. Which I think stinks since everything I saw showed it that way

This plugs in via 12v/AC/Solar or with optional battery

Yes of course. Each zone is independently controlled to whatever temperature you like
I just got this and the box was delivered up side down, is that going to be a problem it if turn it right side up for a day then use it?
Should be fine. But like you said, leave it right side up at least 10 hours before plugging it in.
why is there a battery in there for what purpose?
It's optional to run by it self or with solar panels
