  • For more than four decades, Nick Cave has created album after album of wild, beautifully chaotic music.
His vivid and emotionally intense songs are often inspired by the tales of the New Testament.
But more recently his work has become more personal, as he’s absorbed the bruises of experience with love, addiction and disaster.
Then in 2015, he and his wife bore an unthinkable loss with the death of their teenage son Arthur. In response, he created an astonishing album called ‘Ghosteen'; created, he said, as a place for his son to find some rest.
