The "Grey's Anatomy" star gushed over her family's newest members - a newborn baby boy and a new canine - and spoke with Ellen about making her directorial debut!
People are so upset with her for admitting she uses a baby nurse 🙄 she works hard and can afford that and why not take advantage of it! At least she is appreciative of her help as opposed to many other rich moms who use nannies and treat them like trash.
I never understand this criticism. She and her husband have full time jobs. And they're from the East Coast, so their families are probably still there. Would they rather she leave the baby alone on the floor of her dressing room while she's working? She has help so she can do her job and take care of her other kids, and you're right - she seems quite appreciative for the help she gets. Nothing wrong with that.
Really... backwards people think women should be at home all day doing housework and taking care of the kids, like they aren't "real mothers" if they aren't with their babies 24/7, or that rich people are automatically selfish and cold because they have the money for baby nurses. Ellen Slayed at directing and she's an awesome actor, so screw those people.
Have you ever worn scrubs? I can't blame her if she did. They are comfortable as hell as long as you get the right brand but they're great to sleep in!

It's good to hear her so open about having help and stuff it's good she's not trying to hide it like other celebrities to and give mum's a false impression that motherhood is easy. Haha I like what she said about the baby nurse I have something similar I'm paraplegic and have a nurse that's works with me every day for 7 hours a day and everyone wants her but she's full time mine and no one can have her she's so amazing! Her days off and vacations I have another amazing nurse so glad I have them I'd be nowhere without them as a single mom of three and I had a brain injury that caused a lot of health problems along with being paralyzed from the waist down... love my nurses!
It's weird because she's been on Grey's for so long and has played Meredith so well that every time I look at/see her I immediately think about how amazing of a surgeon she is LOL
Awe Ellen Pompeo is so sweet I love how shy and soft her voice is and she is such a good role model for women I have been watching Greys ever since I was 4 and still am obsessed and watching it I hope someday I get to meet this amazing women
