I do slow motion a few ways; the one I think you’re referring to in this video is done by press and holding L2. There are a couple other ways too like setting custom buttons for 30% and 75% speed. For YT shorts and tik Toks a lot of people swipe left on the keypad to bring up the missions menu thing because it ads a blurred background which looks cinematic
