I love how simple the story was, yet you were able to build the suspense so much. The acting, cinematography, sound, score, coloring, set dressing, and everything else lend itself to the story and the intensity without drawing too much attention to itself. Can't wait to see more!

This was by far one of the most shocking horror stories I've seen on CZcams. It had the most incredible plot; talk about a genius storyline! I was completely surprised at the end of this, and my jaw literally dropped. I just kept saying NO WAY! OMG! You know how to come up with one creative story; I absolutely LOVED THIS! I especially admired/noticed every single detail you put into each and every scene considering this was around Halloween. The pumpkins, the fog, the wind blowing, the graveyard, spooky houses, the corn field and scarecrow, everyone's lawns decorated with the perfect decorations. I noticed every little detail and you certainly put a lot of thought and time into this project. Congratulations, and I applaud you on a perfect job. This was definitely a 10/10 and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your future projects. You are so very talented! Keep up the amazing work 👍👌💯🔝

This is brilliant. Had me on the edge of the seat. The way it was shot and the music was amazing!
That moustache was magnificent.
First off, the intro sold me already. The music and shots were excellent and reminded me of the Halloween 4 opening. No dialogue, no background information, and suspense. This film was awesome. It was so simple and yet, so effective. I love the swerve at the end. You made the girl seem like a helpless victim and the man, a psycho. They switched to the end, which was a nice closing conclusion.

This was amazing. I had worry about an amateur feel to the film, but not at all. This was great, spooky, creepy and suspenseful. I didn't see it coming at all. :) I love it, I can't wait to see more from you guys.

Wow! Congratulations this is the best slasher short I've seen on CZcams. Acting. Pacing. Mood. Atmosphere. Music. Night of the living dead playing out alongside your protagonist. This ones got it all. Exceptional..and talk about a twist ending.4 stars.. A triumph 🏆🏆🏆🏆

Yesterday I was sharpening my kitchen knives and thinking about all the short horror films and horror films in general. This is the third short tonight with a slasher theme. My pet peeves with how they put the knives in women's hands are with the blade down. And then they strike with an upward swing down towards the chest. Anyone who has cut and sliced beef or a thick uncooked roast knows that a knife does not penetrate like flesh is butter. Swingin down like that, the other person has a lot of time to see the swing and push the arm aside. Or grab the arm and twist. Plus, unless the person is extremely knowledgable about knives, it would hit the breast bone first and deflect. And those big knives are not always the pointiest because you use the back end a lot for chopping. A filleting knife has way more point. The blade should be facing up - and upwards thrust starting mid-belly and angling/slicing or full-body strength stab would be the most effective. Women are always put with the knife held out in front of themselves when it's easy for someone to the side to take the wrist, twist and disarm. Much better to have the knife held down to the side of the body then when the bad person gets close. Upwards thrust. Make sure they are dead before you run. My mom always taught me "don't leave a live enemy at your back. END OF PEEVE.

Entire story makes 0 sense considering the twist but ambiance was spot on.
Just stumbled onto this by way of researching the new movie. Wow. This is a super impressive short. The camera angles are perfect; nice, crisp, flowing feel to the scene transitions. And a totally legit surprise ending. So, so good. Kudos

Love the theme song it has that 70s type theme I can tell that the way this movie was shot you was inspired by those 70s and 80s horror slasher films I love those as well today's slashers are good to but back then anyway thanks for posting I really really enjoyed this I hope to see more great short horror films that you have in store the acting wasn't bad either
