I am from Poland :) i live near Warsaw actually so hope you will like it there.. and we also do not put our bags on the floor. Firstly it is disgusting and secondly bag on the floor means that "money is running out of it" :P

Two things about tiramisu:
You have to put the right amount of sugar because you are using raw eggs and sugar is “processing” them so you don’t get salmonella 😁
You separate egg yolks from egg whites because when you whip the egg whites they are thick and fluffy 🥰
Everything else you did 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 And cooking is for sure a lot more than following the recipe ❤ Thank you for another wonderful vlog 💘💘💘

I was struggling with tiramisu too, then i found out that the egg whites has to be 100% solid as “snow” and mix it gently and slowly together with mascarpone. It takes some training so i feel you😂❤️

I think your blogs are so nice. Thanks for sharing everything with us , it really makes us feel close to you and I think in a lot of cultures we believe that leaving your handbag on the floor is bad luck it’s a big no no. Such a sweet video. Firstly, what you say in the beginning is so true. I always say, what you fear you draw near. Keep your mind on the good and positive. Secondly, in the kitchen, you don’t have to be a star cook or baker, but if you practice you can be a good cook. A wisk, measuring spoons and cups, pots, and pan (bake sheets) rubber spatulas… these are all inexpensive and will help you so much when making almost anything in the kitchen. I like that you like to create your own recipes, nothing wrong with that. And, it isn’t important to be good at everything, but to be curious and to have the desire to try is all that matters. And, when you become a mother get as much help in the house as possible. Make life easy for you and Fil. Be proud of yourself and all that you know how to do. Many people are terrified to travel alone, and look at you- you travel all the time on your own. So, give yourself credit where credits due. Love your videos as always. Be kind to yourself.

I love this! cooking without a mixer is something I can't even do it's really difficult to get this foamy structure unless you're a pro at whisking !! I remember doing this kind of cooking when I was a student without equipment ☺and most importantly the taste and effort is what matters !!😘

My jaw dropped in shock when you mentioned that bag superstition because I thought it was only in the Caribbean! I’m Jamaican and we have the same superstition lol 😂. My untraditional tiramisu without egg
Mix heavy cream until thick
Mix Mascarpone in it
add lots of vanilla sugar
(and the traditional biscuits with coffee as base)
