Hello Debra, On the back of your remote you should see an arrow. Push the back of the remote in the direction of the arrow and the top should come off. Hope that helps

You need to press and hold the button for about 5 seconds, it should allow you to make your selections using the circle in which you can click it up, down, left and right.
hello. someone else has stated the bluetooth connected subwoofers dont sound as good, as a cable connected directly to the soundbar. his example of this bluetooth connedted unit sounded a little tinny, like AM radio sounds, where as a cabled s/w sounded great. is this true? i just bought a big samsung tv, and a samsung soundbar 3.1, hw b63m, but worried about the sound quality. your thoughts? thanks for the good video.
If your remote is not working even with new batteries then you may have to replace the remote control. What could be an issue when your device was already connected to soundbar bluetooth but it aint producing any sound??? It's not on mute.. i'm going crazy i dunno what to do.. this is exactly our model
Unfortunately there is not a 3.0mm Jack input, but if your computer is bluetooth compatible then you can pair the speakers to your computer without wires.
I have an issue with my subwoofer, it doesn"t connect. Blue light keeps blinking. I do the Id set thing, soundbar turns on but the blue light keeps blinking on the subwoofer and it's not working... any ideas? I have it for almost a year now, it was working fine before , but smth happened and it stopped...
@@angelpaez4263 yeah i did. I gave it back to warranty and after about a month i received a new one. They said it was faulty, changed ir with a new one. And i'm very happy for it because this new one is playing a lot better than the old one

Yes it certainly can. The sound bar can take an HDMI, Optical , or an HDMI Arc cable input. If you have one those connections in the back of your TV, then you’re good to go.
hey an quick question...I just got the hw-650t and find the sub and even sound not loud at all, but i just checked a movie on t.v....Should it be louder with movies and music then t'v shows or movies on the t.v???
I would expect the sound bar to be louder with movies and music, but many TV shows are optimized for 5.1 surround sound. Are you using an optical cable or HDMI?

How did you get the back of the remote off so easily. I purchased this one on Thanksgiving and can’t use it Because the remote won’t come off in the back for battery’s
On your remote, find the gear button to the right. Hit the gear button twice and you will see where it says bass on the soundbar. Next just hit up on the circle pad. +6 is the loudest it gets. Hope this helps

I'm a month late, but definitely Samsung. Samsung reaches down to 40Hz vs. Sony's ~55-60Hz.

Try unplugging it from wall outlet, or there should be a reset button on the back, then follow the steps to sync them.

They use a normal HDMI cable, there is no specific HDMI ARC cable.
