  • Garlic dry Chutney is one of the easiest chutnies. It can stay for many days.
    Ingredients
    Scraped dry coconut - 2 cups
    Garlic - 1 cup
    Fried red chillies - 5 to 6 or as per taste
    Tamarind - a small lemon sized
    Salt as per taste Procedure
    Procedure
    First crush the garlic and fry it in little oil till
    it turns golden brown. Next dry roast
    the scraped dry coconut. Allow it to cool.
    Powder the coconut, fried red chillies and
    tamarind with salt. Then add the roasted
    Garlic and powder it well.
    Garlic Puddi chutney is ready.
