It's interesting how when she's speaking, she doesn't complete the thought, it's like you can hear the rest of it finishing in her brain and you just kind of fill in the empty spaces yourself because you know what she's trying to say. I am baffled that I can understand her haha. She's cool.
its because she is fucking smart, so her mind carries a lot of thoughts at once. most people are morons..their thoughts are worthless.
I have ADHD and anxiety and talk in a similar way, you can see my brain working and trying to form a sentence ahaha
@@gregormackenzie2434 sky ferreira totally has ADHD os something similar. I've read some interviews in which she describe her LONG creative process, her inability to learn how to drive etc. Her habit of not completing her thoughs kind of confirms that hahah
I agree she is relatively intelligent (especially for a model), but this phenomenon actually occurs with probably most people you choose to be friends with. Pay close attention next time you're talking to a good friend. Often, they'll say something like, "[Here's the beginning of my thought] and so..." The sentence never gets finished but you know what they're intention was to say so they don't have to. With Sky, it's more noticeable because this is not a 2-sided conversation so there is more (if not 100%) focus on her words rather than on how you are planning to respond to them next. ;)

Maybe people should stop looking too much on the way she talks and how she looks and actually listen to what she's saying because she's actually well-spoken and has some interesting things to say but you don't realize because you're paying attention to how she looks or how nervous she seems.
literally back in 2012, 2013 and 2014 i didn't listen to her music, i didn't even know who she was cause i used to listen to completelly diferent music, but now that i found Sky i think she has an amazing voice and a ton of good songs and honestly is so annoying to see comments talking about that scandal she had or about the way she speaks... like WHO CARES?!
her vibes are cool, her music is cool, her style is cool and she talks about stuff other singers avoid to talk about ... if she decides to release new music in the future i will defenitely listen to it.

I agree, she just has problems putting together her words and just because of her past, people make assumptions. I personally just think this is either her true personality or just nervousness.
Sam Soda Claire does do drugs, but recently she's said that she doesn't like doing hard drugs because all they do is kill her friends. I wouldn't make the assumption that Zachary Cole is an "addict" just because he has been charged with heroin only once before. You make a good point about Sky being pressured, but you don't have to be rude and take down/ spread rumors about other great artists.
Anna ❀ Um hun hate to break it to you but he is an addict. You don't even need to have mutual friends with them to know this, he has publicly mentioned his struggles with heroin. And the arrest has nothing to do with it, because they were selling all of that to make some quick cash. Claire's an occultist, she's nuts. I mean you can believe what she tells her fans, but personally I stopped listening to her stuff once she (coincidentally) signed to that label. I'm not some conspiracy wacko I just feel really upset & concerned when these indie artists enter the visibly corrupt pop mainstream and start to change for the worst.

i think language habits are more pronounced in very feminine voices because we've trained ourselves that an overly feminine voice has something to do with intelligence, which isn't fair or true.

Muah Ledss; that's just mean. I don't think she is a very interesting subject to interview either but that's, to me quite obviously, just because she's merely a typical insecure adolescent, only with a personal style that's a bit more edgy and alternative than most of them.

She is who she is, down to earth singer, not over produced.
She's changed so much. (For the good) She's a lot more confident in the way she speaks and expresses herself nowadays :)
I love Sky Ferreira and I really enjoy her music. I can't stand all you negative nancy's with nothing decent to say. I have nothing but respect for musicians like Sky. People who share their talent with the world, even though they are exposing themselves to critiques from the faceless dwellers of the internet. I've liked Sky for some time but I only just watched two interviews of her and at first I didn't really like how she kept saying the world "like" and kind of stumbled but I realise now that it's kind of her honestly showing through and her passion almost and I like it - sometimes she sounds a bit like Grimes.
