If you have an Epson printer and get an error message reading then the printer's ink pads are at the end of their service life. It may well mean that your ink pads are full and need to be changed. In the process of printing, the printer produces waste ink that has to go somewhere. It is sent through a tube to the ink pad, where it is collected. The printer has a counter that initiates the above-mentioned error message once a certain number of pages have been printed. According to the Epson manual, you need to take the printer to be serviced and may even need to replace the whole printer. Please subscribe, comment, like & share if you like this video. The signs of printer blinking:
1. In the printer status menu will appear the warning “Parts inside the printer are nearing the end of their services life”
2. The printer and ink power button blinks alternately
3. When the printer is turned on, the carriage (cartridge’s house) does not move
4. Main pad counter 100%

needed a little bit - fiddling around -, but it worked as you showed it. where i live i can not get replacement pads. but we have plenty of this dense -ink pad - material around. just will cut it to shape and it will work. like it ahd the als time. could also not find in the shops a replacement pad. so i just - made one - myself. and that one worked over 5 years...
Itw extend the life of our printer up to 3 years before another cleaning. Very helpful 😊

Epson could have just put an additional bottle at the side like the other 4 ink tanks to collect and user can empty but they want to loot the consumer by stopping the prints with the software so they call their customer service and can earn on it.
Yea. Good for canon, 2021 pixma g printers have now user replaceable maintenance cartridges aka waste ink pads. Also canon pixma g printers have user replaceable print heads, much cheaper than epson. Epson if print heads breaks you will need to send it to costumer service.
YUP, dealing with this now. I would've never bought this printer had I known how unethical this company is with their planned obsolescence.
Epson waste ink pad is affordable tho and you just need the resetter software for free instead of using unresettable Canon g series

And they suggest you buy a new printer when this error message comes up, or pay for them to fix it (I was quoted at $108 plus $50 shipping)....unreal!!!!
