    Sisig is an original dish originated from the province of Pampanga in the Philippines. The province is also known as the culinary capital of the Philippines. Proud Kapampángan here ❤

      I've tried sisig with egg and mayonnaise, the worst one was the one with mayo. The best sisig is the original Angeles version, nothing beats the classic

    original version does not have egg. if you put egg in it, it's already an omelet version. also it add more serving if you add egg in it.

      They don't sell pig's face in Western countries so they have to use what is available. Senor Sisig in the Bay area uses pork shoulder.
