Is Noob Luck Actually Coded into Pet Sim 99??

Pet simulator 99 Rave world part 2 update is almost here, but I still got some gifts to open with my noob account. Since Some of you have said p2w forever pack has noob luck, even according to Nightfoxx and Gravy. But what about f2p gifts?
