I will say the year 1960 had it been the year I was born, instead of getting born 9 years later in 1969 I would now be aged 64 and also I would be as old as longrunning soap series Corrie and also in 1963 had I been alive I not only would have been 3 years of age 1963 was the year that classic Dr Who started on tv on BBC1 with Bill Hartnell in monochrome. and I would have been 10 years of age in 1970 instead of only been 1 years old and also in 1976 I would have turned 16 and left grotty school to find a job hopefully a suitable job suitable for my persona and also with a decent salary in 1978 the year the year when the classic sci-fi series B7 started on TV on BBC1and had 3 year run then in 1980 I would have been 20 years old instead of only been 11.

This remains a great movie - even without the Sam Peckinpah's 'special effects'! A good game to play with those who have seen it is to get them to name: a) the actors of the 'seven', and (much harder) b) their respective character's names. Poor old Brad Dexter is the one who tends to get forgotten!
