I know this is off subject, But do you know when the Cherokee Heritage Center will ever be opened again? It was my favorite as a child, and I am hoping to come back this spring or late summer. I was terribly sad to find out it's been closed for years now. It always intrigued me as a child, now as an adult, and I know more about my ancestors, I would love to look with these eyes of someone more wise and knowing. I can't find out anything other than my cousin saying the chief has been very firm fisted about some things since covid, but I don't know why that would be affecting anything now.
